How to Pay

Payment in two installments

The reservation and payment of the chosen accommodation unit is done in two parts.
The first part of the whole amount is paid in advance, while confirming the reservation of the unit, and the second part of the amount the guest pays on the day of their arrival directly to the owner of the unit.

The advance amounts can be: 20,00%, 25,00%, 33,33%, 50,00% or 66,66% of the full price. In order to keep the transparency of business, the amount of the advance will be visible on your booking request. Of course, the guests can pay the whole amount at once, if they desire to do so.

Reservation payment deadline

In order to confirm the reservation, the guest has to make the advance payment within 48 (Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays excluded) hours of the received calculation (if different validity period is not writtem on the offer), and forward the confirmation to the agency .

When the guest receives the payment instructions, the chosen booking dates are withdrawn from the market and no other guest is able to reserve the specified accommodation unit for the specified dates, during the offer's validity period. If the agency does not receive the payment confirmation within the expected term, the reservation will be considered as cancelled.
